On May 5th, our Hale Makana O Maili project was awarded a NAIOP Hawaii’s 2023 Kukulu Hale Award. Only eight projects were selected for awards—Hale Makana O Maili being the first ‘New Project Award’ categorized under Commerical/Other 40,000 SF. This year was NAIOP Hawaii’s 26th year in honoring project award winners.
