Chris Flaherty is a 1991 Graduate of Fresno State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Flaherty’s experience over the past 25 years includes construction and development in apartment, commercial, residential, energy and agricultural properties. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of 3 Leaf Holdings, Corp an investment and development company.
Mr. Flaherty is a Co-Managing partner of DFA Development, LLC, a co-managing partner in Pupukahi Development, LLC, a co-managing partner in Ho’okahua Development, LLC and also currently the President and sole shareholder of Trinity Development & Construction, Inc.
Furthermore, a Co-Managing Member in two Renewable Energy Production Companies, Affordable Energy Partners, LLC and Trinity Solar, Inc., Mr. Flaherty is dedicated to creating energy with a focus on the environmental impact of energy production.
In addition, Mr. Flaherty is a founding member of SOOPCO, a charitable organization established in 2003 by local Stockton Businessman that raises monies through donations derived from Olive Oil whereby 100% of the net proceeds are donated to local children’s charities in the Greater Stockton Area. He is also a member of The Downtown Sportsman’s Club (DSC) of Stockton in which has donated over $375,000 to charities benefiting children. Mr. Flaherty is past appointee by the Governor of California, Edmund G. Brown, Jr. to Agricultural District 2 – San Joaquin County Fair Board Director – Chair of the Horseracing Committee, as well as California High School Rodeo Association Associate Member and Vice President of District 5. He was a previous board member of the YMCA of San Joaquin County (2007-2009), and of the Child Abuse Prevention Council (2006-2008).
Mr. Flaherty is 50 years old and has been married to his wife, Stacy, for 25 years and is currently raising three children Taylor (24), Keegan (22), and Lauren (19). They currently reside in the Santa Ynez Valley of California and Honolulu, Hawaii.

Daniel Fred is a Managing Member of DFA Development LLC and its founder. He has extensive financial advisory expertise as well as a broad range of experience in all areas of housing development, including finance, project feasibility and market analysis, program design, land use planning (entitlement permits), and project coordination. Prior to his establishing DFA Development LLC and Fred Consulting Associates, Mr. Fred served as Director of Community Development for the City of Galveston, Texas and Director of Housing Programs for the City of Palo Alto, California.
Mr. Fred holds a B.A. degree in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley (1972) and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University (1974).
ANTHONY M. BARKETT
Anthony M. Barkett is a California based real estate developer. Mr. Barkett holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
Mr. Barkett is a member of the Board of Directors of the Downtown Stockton Alliance, a private economic development association located in Stockton, California. In 2013, Mr. Barkett was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown to the California Citizens Compensation Commission, a State commission that sets compensation for the legislature. For the past 15 years, Mr. Barkett has served as a political consultant for the Stockton East Water District.

Pat Harden is a Commercial and Residential Construction Project Manager. Mr. Harden graduated from Reedley College in 1981 with an A.S. in Industrial Technology and Automotive Technology.
